As a Registered Manager you will oversee a small, dedicated team supporting one young person in a solo placement setting, enabling a more manageable workload and improved outcomes. The Registered Manager will lead safeguarding, care planning, and residential childcare practice while ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and driving continuous improvement.
