Registered Manager Established Home with Strong Values Location and Context: 3-bed children s home in Moseley, Birmingham currently supporting one young person, allowing for a calm, stable environment and a measured approach to leadership. This is an existing home rated GOOD, with the second service in development across a small, growing group. Introduction: This is a Registered Manager opportunity within a provider that places genuine emphasis on ethos, culture and doing things properly. The home is already established, giving you the stability of an existing service, while still offering the opportunity to shape and influence its next phase. You ll be supported by Directors who are experienced in residential childcare and can evidence strong outcomes for young people. This is not a standalone role it sits within a structure designed to support, guide and retain its leaders.
