Registered Manager Children''s Residential Home Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum Location: SouthamptonWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager who is looking to step up to support the effective leadership of a child-centred residential home that is currently home to 2 children. This role is key to ensuring the home consistently meets Ofsted regulations, delivers high-quality care, and promotes positive outcomes for children.Working as the Manager, you will help maintain a safe, nurturing, and stable environment, underpinned by therapeutic practice and strong safeguarding principles.Key Responsibilities Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in line with legislation and best practice Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team to deliver consistently high standards of care Contribute to care planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance Participate in the on-call rota when required Requirements Minimum 2 year''s experience in a children''s residential management role Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance Hold a either a Level 3 NVQ or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management Profficient in de-escalation of challenging behaviours Full UK driving licenceWorking hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only) however this may vary in accordance with the needs of the home.If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, child-focused care and ready to take the next step in ..... full job details .....
