You will be confident and work with the Responsible Individual and Directors If you have experience supporting vulnerable children ,you are qualified and looking for career progression this exciting new opportunity could be for you Registered Manager Skills and abilities Ability to demonstrate reasoning, numeracy, literacy and technology skills to required standard.Ability to work as a team, working closely with colleagues and other agencies.Ability to solve problems.Able to work within the principles of the Children''s Act.Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Child Protection Issues and Procedures.Sound knowledge of Children''s Homes procedures and relevant issues.Ability to exercise authority.Proven leadership and management abilities.Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written. Registered Manager knowledge and experience.
