Dual Registered Manager for x 2 Children''s Homes in Cannock Staffordshire WS11Up to £70k plus KPI bonus.(negotiable depending on experience)We are looking for a Registered Children''s Home Manager to join our 2 new homes in Cannock housing a total of 5 Children.You will be Supporting an 8-18 year old with SEBD and challenging behaviour.There will be full support from the Directors, Operations and RI.You will be required to work Monday- Friday.40 hours per weekKey Skill / Experience of Registered ManagerManagerial role within a Children''s Residential setting: 2 years (Required)Level 3 Diploma Children and Young PeopleLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Required)Must have at least 2 years of experience working with young people in Residential Care and at least 1 years of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Children homesCandidate must have previous experience in a role requiring supervision and management of care staff.Be able to demonstrate auditing, managing budgets and monitoring skillsCan evidence knowledge of Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting.Can demonstrate how to develop a staff team to ensure they have clear vision and goals.Has a good working knowledge of Children''s homes regulations and the Social care common inspection frameworkHas strong values and beliefsHas integrity and good characterCan evidence experience of working with multi-disciplinary teamsFor more information on this Registered Manager role contact Mick Hull Fieldview Care ..... full job details .....
