Children''s Home Manager required for home Harold Wood London RM3 We are looking for Registered Children''s Home Manager for a 3 bed home in Harold Wood nr Romford Supporting 8-18s with EBD and challenging behaviour. Registered Manager Salary and benefits £50- £60k Negotiable depending on experience+ KPI bonus Registered Manager Skills and abilities Ability to demonstrate reasoning, numeracy, literacy and technology skills to required standard.Ability to work as a team, working closely with colleagues and other agencies.Ability to solve problems.Able to work within the principles of the Children''s Act.Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Child Protection Issues and Procedures.Sound knowledge of Children''s Homes procedures and relevant issues.Ability to exercise authority.Proven leadership and management abilities.Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written. Registered Manager knowledge and experience. At least 1 year working experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a Registered Children''s Home where the rating of their home is good to outstandingA minimum of two years'' experience at senior level in an Ofsted regulated Children''s Home.Experience working with Children who have Mental Health, Emotional and Behavioural difficultiesHave a very good understanding of the children''s ..... full job details .....
