Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre Location: Stafford, Staffordshire Salary: Up to 65,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Eden Brown Synergy is working in partnership with a respected provider of specialist family assessment and support services to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a Family Assessment Centre based in Stafford. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within a high-performing organisation that provides clinically informed, outcome-focused family assessments in a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Family Assessment Centre, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Oversee staff supervision, development, and performance to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce. Ensure all assessments are delivered to the highest quality standards, with a strong focus on safeguarding, evidence-based practice, and positive family outcomes. Maintain accurate records and ensure all practice meets regulatory and legislative requirements. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, and local authorities to ensure effective partnership working. Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards). Proven experience managing a children''s residential, family assessment, or safeguarding service.
