About the Role: • Lead a stable 3-bed EBD home to deliver Good or better outcomes • Develop and implement tailored care plans for each young person • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, child-focused team • Promote participation and consultation with children and young people • Allocate and oversee key working relationships • Work in partnership with professionals and families to support each child s progress • Manage complaints, concerns and safeguarding matters with care and rigour • Ensure safe, effective commercial and regulatory management of the home • Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings • Maintain full compliance with all standards and the Home s Statement of Purpose What Makes This Exciting: • £50,000 starting salary DOE • £5,000 annual quality and commercial bonus • Eligible for Management Incentive Plan • Full training via in-house Leadership Academy reflective, behavioural training designed to develop confident, empowered managers • Additional benefits including: Employee Assistance Programme and Wellbeing support Discounts on ..... full job details .....
