They bring together education, health, therapy and residential care to deliver truly holistic support and they are now looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead one of their Ofsted-registered residential homes. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a forward-thinking, values-led organisation where your expertise, vision and compassion will directly shape young lives.The Role As Registered Manager, you will be the Ofsted-registered leader of one of their children s homes, setting the tone, culture and standards for outstanding care. You will lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing, aspirational home where children feel secure, supported and empowered to grow. Beyond day-to-day leadership, you ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement and contributing to the wider residential strategy.
