Job Title: Dual Home Registered Manager - Children''s ResidentialLocations: WV1 2SL and WS11 1ELSalary: 55,000 - 60,000 + 10% Performance BonusContract Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Dual Home Registered Manager to oversee two children''s residential homes. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Registered Manager or a strong Deputy looking to take the next step into a multi-site leadership role.You will be responsible for ensuring both homes operate to the highest standards, delivering exceptional care and achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and operational oversight across two residential homesEnsure both services are fully compliant with Ofsted regulationsLead, support, and develop staff teams and on-site leadershipDrive high standards of care, safeguarding, and child-centred practiceMonitor performance, quality, and outcomes across both homesLead on inspections, audits, and continuous improvement plansManage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectivelyBuild strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholdersRequirementsExperience within a Good or Outstanding-rated children''s residential serviceBackground supporting children with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) and/or LD (Learning Disabilities)Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step upAbility to manage or step into a multi-site / dual ..... full job details .....
