An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a growing private domiciliary care provider in Wokingham. The company is looking for a Registered Manager who leads with fairness, supports the development of others and can provide the office team with clear direction and confidence.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a CQC registered domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality care.
• Recruit, manage, mentor and develop the office and care team to improve performance, engagement, retention and accountability.
• Maintain high standards of CQC compliance, governance, quality assurance and care documentation.
• Build strong relationships with private clients, families and healthcare professionals to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Develop relationships with local hospitals, GP surgeries, community groups and other healthcare professionals to generate private referrals.
• Identify opportunities to raise the company''s profile within the local community, supporting marketing initiatives and business development activities.

• Minimum 1 years'' experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care or live-in care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and governance frameworks.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
