Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to take full operational responsibility for a locality of Supported Living and Community services across Hull. The service operates across five sites, supporting eight adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced manager who is comfortable with autonomy and accountability and is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred support. You will play a key role in leading and developing the team, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance, and building strong relationships with families, commissioners and other professionals. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and expansion of services across the Hull region.
