Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 14-bed residential service in Blackley, Manchester, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries. The service provides a calm, structured and empowering environment where the people supported can relearn essential life skills, develop greater independence and live lifestyles of their choosing. We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong background in Residential Care and experience managing people, services and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CQC requirements and be committed to promoting independence, choice and respect. Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:Take overall responsibility for the leadership and management of the residential service.Ensure the service provides high-quality, person-centred support.Support people to live lifestyles of their choosing.Promote and maintain independence, choice and respect.Manage people, service delivery and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting.Ensure the service operates in line with CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice.Provide strong leadership and ensure positive values are embedded throughout the service.Manage your workload effectively, ..... full job details .....
