An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established private domiciliary care provider in New Milton. With over 25 years of success, the company has built an excellent reputation for delivering high quality, relationship-led care to clients. What''s on offer: 40,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.Earn up to 10,000 in annual bonuses (paid against monthly targets).33 days annual leave.Support from an experienced leadership and office team, including a line manager who has been with the company for over 10 years. Registered Manager Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operation of a CQC registered domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred and high quality care.Recruit, mentor and develop the office and care team, creating a positive culture where people feel valued and supported.Maintain excellent CQC compliance, governance, quality assurance and care planning standards.Build and maintain trusted relationships with private clients, their families and healthcare professionals, delivering an outstanding customer experience.Develop relationships within the local community, healthcare sector and professional networks to generate private client enquiries and referrals.Drive the sustainable growth of the branch by increasing private-pay business while maintaining the company''s excellent reputation.
