What''s on offer: 38,000- 40,000 per annum.33 days annual leave.No involvement in on-call duties. Registered Manager Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operation of a CIW registered domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred and high quality care.Recruit, mentor and develop a small office and care team, creating a positive culture where people feel valued and supported.Maintain excellent standards of CIW compliance, governance, quality assurance and care planning.Build and maintain trusted relationships with private clients, their families and healthcare professionals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, hospitals, healthcare professionals and community partners.Oversee the delivery of both private and local authority care packages, maintaining service levels and the company''s strong reputation within the local community.
