Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed residential service in Leeds. The service supports adults with dual diagnosis, including Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs, as well as individuals with challenging behaviours and people within the Transforming Care cohort. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment, supporting individuals to build independence, develop daily living skills and achieve their personal goals. We are looking for an experienced adult social care manager with strong leadership and people management skills, who is confident overseeing quality, compliance, performance and the day-to-day running of a residential service. This is an opportunity to take full responsibility for a single residential home, working closely with the Area Operations Manager, colleagues, families, commissioners and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the people supported.
