An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to join the leadership team of a highly respected, family-run elderly care provider.This role is ideal for an experienced Home Manager with a strong background in elderly care and a proven track record of leading a Nursing, Dementia or Residential care home. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a well-established, medium-sized service, while leading the home through the next stage of its quality improvement journey.Key Responsibilities of the Home ManagerTake overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of the care home.Lead, motivate and develop the management and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.Drive improvements in quality, safeguarding, governance and regulatory compliance.Lead the home through its ongoing CQC improvement journey.Promote an open, supportive and values-led management culture.Drive occupancy growth while maintaining the home''s strong private-funded resident profile.Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.Monitor and maintain high standards of care across the service.Support the recruitment, induction, supervision and ongoing development of staff.Develop and mentor the existing management team, promoting accountability and engagement.Manage budgets, resources and financial performance effectively.Work closely with ..... full job details .....
