Registered Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a medium-sized elderly care home in Fareham. The home is part of an established family-owned care provider with several homes across Kent.We are seeking a confident and compassionate manager to lead and develop the team, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care within a safe and supportive environment. You will be responsible for maintaining CQC compliance, driving quality standards and ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the home Key Responsibilities of the Registered ManagerTake overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and smooth running of the home.Ensure residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice and independence.Lead, motivate and develop the care team to maintain consistently high standards of care.Ensure the home remains compliant with CQC regulations, legislation and relevant care standards.Monitor and maintain quality standards through audits, assessments and regular reviews.Oversee care planning and ensure records and documentation are accurate and up to date.Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, complaints and risk assessments appropriately.Support recruitment, induction, supervision, training and performance management of staff.Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and external agencies.Promote a positive ..... full job details .....
