The Role:

As Registered Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of care while driving the growth of the branch.

• Oversee daily operations of the Wigston branch

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations

• Lead and support a team of carers

• Manage and optimise 650+ care hours, with growth potential

• Foster a culture of excellence and compassion

• Build strong relationships with local authorities

• Drive the continued development and success of the branch

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within homecare

• Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and grow a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to delivering exceptional care
