Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a role with a friendly, supportive provider where people genuinely enjoy working?
This is a well-established, high-quality care provider with a strong reputation for delivering compassionate homecare that their clients can truly rely upon and we’re currently looking for a Registered Manager who’ll oversee the day to day running of the service, ensuring people receive safe, person-centred care and that the service continues to meet the highest standards.
On offer is an attractive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, an annual profit-share bonus and a genuinely warm and friendly environment, where the team share a strong commitment to delivering the very best care to their clients.
The Registered Manager role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the care team, creating a positive and well-managed working environment
- Ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered
- Managing care plans, risk assessments and reviews
- Supporting recruitment, induction, supervision and ongoing development of staff
- Ensuring the service remains compliant with CQC requirements and company policies
- Working closely with families, professionals and other stakeholders
- Monitoring the quality of care and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Managing the day-to-day running of the service, including oversight of the staffing and rotas
About you
- For this role we’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager – you’ll need at least a couple of years’ experience managing a similar service. (Domiciliary Care, Live-in Care or Complex Care at Home)
- We’re looking for someone who is confident leading a team, organised and committed to delivering genuinely high-quality care. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to build strong relationships with both staff and the people receiving care.
- Ideally, you’ll hold the QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent or be working towards it.
- You’ll be a driver with your own vehicle
