The service has strong partnerships with local authorities and is in a period of growth expanding its geographical coverage and care offering.We re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader who can inspire teams, uphold exceptional care standards, and strategically develop the service to its next stage of success.What You ll DoOversee all operational aspects of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC and local authority standards. Manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated team including a deputy manager, coordinators, supervisors, and recruiters. Drive business growth through new care packages and service expansion. Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and person-centred care. Complete regular audits, manage KPIs, and provide reports to senior leadership. Liaise with external stakeholders, commissioners, and partner organisations. Support recruitment, staff development, and retention strategies.
