Lead and Grow an Established Domiciliary Care Service!

We are looking for a Registered Manager to take the reins of an established domiciliary care service in Tunbridge Wells. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a thriving branch, build a dedicated team, and make a real impact in the local community. The service is part of a well-known franchise with nearly 30 branches nationwide, offering excellent support and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of carers while growing the business
• Focus on privately funded clients and expanding service reach
• Ensure compliance and maintain the highest quality standards
• Identify and implement opportunities for branch growth
• Take a proactive approach to recruitment and retention

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 or willing to work toward preferred
• Previous experience in management within domiciliary care or supported living (managers from other care settings considered)
• Proven ability to grow and develop a care service
• Track record of successful management and growth within care
