The Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home. You will ensure exceptional care, full compliance with Children s Homes Regulations, and drive continuous improvement to achieve outstanding outcomes for the young people in your care. You ll be backed by a robust, supportive senior leadership team and given the autonomy to run the home your way. What We re Looking For: Extensive experience in children s residential care management (EBD/LD experience highly desirable). NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children s and Young People s Workforce.
