Salary: Up to -40,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our domiciliary care agency based in Denton, Manchester. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our agency and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support and supervisionEnsure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelinesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families and other healthcare professionalsCreate and implement care plans for clients, ensuring their individual needs and preferences are metMonitor and review the quality of care provided, making necessary improvements and changes as neededManage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the financial sustainability of the agencyRecruit, train and develop staff to maintain a high-performing teamMaintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to dateRequirements:
