Salary: -50K - -55K per Annum (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Structure

We''re proud to be partnering with a prestigious Care Provider in their search for an experienced and committed Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of their specialist services in Great Yarmouth, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Skills & Qualities:

• A natural leader
• Caring and honest
• Inspirational and a strong team player
• Highly organised
• Willing to learn and adapt

Experience:

• RNLD or RMN with an active NMC pin - desirable (not essential)
• Knowledge of care regulations (CQC, Health and Social Care Act, KLOEs etc.)
• Passionate about high-quality, person-centred care
• Confident using IT systems
• Full UK driving licence required
