About the Role:

• Lead a new 3-bed home for children with EBD, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
• Build and support a dedicated team, setting the culture and expectations from day one
• Maintain excellent safeguarding and regulatory standards in line with Ofsted requirements
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes

About You:

• Registered Manager experience in a children’s residential setting, or a Deputy ready to step up
• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding standards
• Therapeutic, child-centred approach with a focus on outcomes
• Strong leadership skills and emotional resilience
