Registered Manager

Salary: £50,000 (Competitive – higher offers may be considered for exceptional candidates)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
On-Call: Approx. 6 weekends per year (shared rota with senior team)
Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays
Location: Knowsley, Merseyside

About You We’re seeking someone who:

• • Has experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager within a learning disability children’s home
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Services) or equivalent
  • Has a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding frameworks
  • Is a confident, compassionate leader with a genuine passion for improving children’s lives
  • Brings broad experience in supporting children with LD and ASD, and is ready to contribute to service development
