About the Role:

As Registered Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering safe, consistent and child-focused care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the day-to-day running of the home to Ofsted “Good” or better
• Developing and overseeing tailored care plans for each child
• Recruiting, developing and retaining a strong, stable staff team
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding procedures
• Embedding a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach across the home
• Working closely with families and professionals to support each young person’s development
• Managing budgets and resources effectively

About You:

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards within 6 months)
• Excellent knowledge of the Quality Standards and Ofsted frameworks
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
• Confident managing behaviour in line with trauma-informed practice
• Full UK driving licence
