- Lead and manage the day to day operations
- Supervise, mentor & support the team, including ensuring training and professional development is continuous and up to date
- Having oversight and management of the homes budget & expenditure
- Develop and implement bespoke care plans
- Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners, Local Authorities & Stakeholders
