About the Role:
• Take full responsibility for registering and leading a rural home near Bury/Accrington
• Build and support a caring, capable team with a strong focus on development and wellbeing
• Ensure full compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Deliver a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that puts children’s needs first
• Oversee staffing, training, and multi-agency working to support each child’s plan
• Strive for the highest standards with a bonus on offer for achieving Outstanding

About You:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards
• At least 2 years’ experience managing a home rated Good or better
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation including Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
• Experienced working with children with complex behaviours and emotional needs
• Confident leader with a hands-on, therapeutic approach
• Full UK driving licence
