About the Role:

• Take the lead in opening a new 2-bed home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
• Recruit, train and develop your own team, embedding a therapeutic, child-centred culture
• Ensure the home meets and exceeds all regulatory and safeguarding expectations
• Work closely with senior leadership to maintain high standards and positive outcomes
