About the Role:
• Lead day-to-day management, quality assurance and service delivery
• Maintain and improve therapeutic, behavioural, safeguarding and care standards
• Supervise and develop staff teams, conduct appraisals, mentoring and training
• Oversee finances, budgets, contracts, partnerships and compliance
• Produce reports, liaise with placing authorities, inspectors and stakeholders
• Monitor young people’s progress, review plans, risk management and transitions

About You:
• Residential care leadership experience, ideally in EBD/behavioural settings
• Proven track record of regulatory compliance and staff leadership
• Ability to drive continuous improvement, embed culture and maintain high standards
• Strong teamwork, communication, decision-making and stakeholder management
• A completed Level 5 in Children's Leadership and Management qualification (or in progress)
