Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Northern Ireland (Flexible)
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum + Benefits

We are a reputable domiciliary care provider, well-established in the sector and now looking to expand our services to Northern Ireland. As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead and shape our new service.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the overall management, quality, compliance, and business development of the new domiciliary care service in Northern Ireland. This is a key leadership role where you will play a vital part in the strategic direction and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and grow the domiciliary care service in line with RQIA regulations and company values.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled care team.
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with RQIA standards.
• Oversee service delivery, audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive business growth through effective networking and local relationship-building.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven background in the care sector, ideally with home care/domiciliary care experience.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
• Strong knowledge of RQIA regulations, safeguarding, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Based anywhere in Northern Ireland, with flexibility to travel locally as needed.
