Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain personalised care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to optimise service delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders to promote high standards of care.

What We''re Looking For:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Manager who has:

• Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in care.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent is preferred.
