Tezlom are looking for a committed and reliable Registered Manager to undertake the smooth running of an EBD Service in Northampton. The service is rated good, as is the provider in general.

This is an EBD service with children aged between 8-17, working with children with challenging behaviours, attachment issues and in need of support.

The home is part of a network of successful and reliable services that consistently put the needs of each child first. The homes are designed to take longer-term placements, however can cater for shorter-term placements dependent on circumstances.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Undertake the Registration and direct management of the service, working with staff and young people to create an enriching environment.
• Become an ambassador for the organisation and drive the service forward.
• Ensure policy and procedure are carried out and paperwork is up to date.
• Often willing to go the extra mile to make a difference.

As well as a highly competitive salary, there is also a bonus scheme annually on both occupancy and rating.

Experience Required:

• NVQ 5 Leadership and Management- Children''s Pathway Desirable
• Minimum 2 years as an RM or Deputy in an OFSTED-regulated service- Essential
• Driver with access to own vehicle- Essential
