Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Up to -50,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our domiciliary care agency located in Harlow, Essex. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care agencyEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of careRecruit, train, and manage a team of care staffConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support to staffManage budgets and resources effectivelyBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholdersMonitor and review care plans to ensure they meet the individual needs of clientsMaintain accurate records and reportsHandle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional mannerContinuously seek opportunities for improvement and development of the agencyRequirements:
