NonStop Care are working with a 4 bedroom Children''s Residential Service in West Yorkshire, who are seeking an Interim Registered manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to gain a day rate and start immediately.

About the Role

• Manage the staffing, resourcing and budgetary requirements to ensure our children and young people have a safe, warm and welcoming home where they can grow and develop.
• Grow a team of capable workers to ensure their continuous professional development & the betterment of the service.
• Continuously working to maintain and improve ofsted rating

Requirements:

• DBS clearance
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
