Registered Manager – Residential Care Home
We are looking for a Registered Manager to join a lovely, independent care provider with a number of high-quality care homes across the Midlands. You will be a valued member of the management team. This provider is not corporate in style; instead, they offer warm, supportive leadership that enables people to thrive.

You won’t be weighed down by unnecessary KPIs and paperwork. Instead, you’ll be supported to focus on delivering excellent care to residents.

What’s on offer:

• Salary of £35,000 to £45,000

The Registered Manager role

This is a charming residential care home, thoughtfully designed to combine modern facilities with a warm, homely feel. With space for just 30 residents, it offers a manageable and personal environment that never feels clinical or impersonal.

You’ll be ..

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home
• Ensuring care is person-centred and tailored to each resident
• Maintaining compliance with CQC and regulatory standards through audits and quality checks
• Managing, supervising and developing the staff team, equipping them with the skills they need to succeed
• Communicating effectively with residents’ families, social workers and healthcare professionals

About You

• We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager or Care Home Manager who has previously led a residential care home for older people.

• We would also welcome applications from experienced Deputies who have stepped up to lead a service in the manager’s absence and are now ready for the next step.

You’ll need a QCF Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it).

Most importantly, you’ll be a caring and approachable leader with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
