We’re looking for a committed and driven Residential Manager to lead our 8-bed residential service in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care that truly changes lives.
About the Role:
As the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
- Managing a dedicated team to deliver person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Promoting independence, choice, and inclusion for residents in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and the local community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing or deputising in a residential care setting for adults with complex needs.
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities, mental health, and behaviours that may challenge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- A values-led approach focused on respect, dignity, and positive outcomes.
