About the Role:
• Manage all aspects of a specialist CSE children’s home
• Lead a team committed to safeguarding and therapeutic support
• Design and deliver individualised care plans across health, education, and emotional needs
• Oversee high standards of care aligned with quality standards and regulations
• Ensure each young person is consulted and actively involved in their care
• Build and retain a strong, child-focused team
• Work with families, professionals, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes

About You:
• At least 2 years in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care essential
• Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to enrol within 6 months)
• Excellent understanding of SCCIF, Ofsted, and child protection standards
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Knowledge of trauma, exploitation risks, and therapeutic care approaches
• Full UK driving licence
