This large, characterful home, registered for 23 beds and currently supporting 18 long-term residents, provides a stable, family-like environment with a loyal, experienced team. You''ll lead a supportive staff group, including a strong deputy with over five years'' tenure, and benefit from regional management support and an assigned buddy to ensure a smooth onboarding.
In this role, you''ll have the autonomy to innovate and make your mark. The service, following significant improvements, is offering a blank canvas to implement new ideas, shape care delivery, and drive occupancy. With opportunities to develop additional living spaces, there is genuine scope to grow both the service and your career.
We are looking for a manager with proven experience leading residential services, particularly in mental health and addiction. Candidates already registered and with a track record of longevity in previous roles will thrive here. The role offers a salary of up-to -50,000 per year, plus a 10% performance bonus and additional admissions incentives, reflecting your contribution to the service''s success.
