Registered Manager

We require a Registered Manager, for a Solo placement children''s care home based in Bradford. Supporting a child who has 3:1 support and is high needs EBD, this role is to provide quality support, ensure all Ofsted regulations are met and also ensure staff are fully trained and managed effectively. On offer is

For this Registered Managers position we need someone who has had 2 years experience of working with children across the past 5 years. In addition you would need either:

• Deputy Management experience with the ability to progress to Lead management
• Current Registered Management experience, but seeking a new challenge
• The ability to be hands-on, work well with staff and the children, plus lead by example
