The home currently holds a Good CQC rating and provides high-quality care and support to older people, including residents living with dementia . This is a great opportunity for an experienced care home manager who enjoys being visible within the service and building strong relationships with residents, families and staff. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring consistently high standards of care, compliance and staff performance.
