Act as the Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with CQC and relevant regulationsLead quality assurance processes, including audits and incident reviewsProvide strategic leadership to embed person-centred valuesRepresent the organisation at external meetings and networking eventsIdentify new business opportunities and support tender applicationsOversee service delivery, quality care planning, and risk managementMonitor branch performance, budgets, and KPIsProvide mentorship to the Deputy Branch Manager and teamThe Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Branch Manager role will have: Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a CQC-registered care service - either domiciliary, supported living or residential careNVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care or willingness to obtain itStrong experience in managing compliance and quality assuranceExperience in business development ..... full job details .....
