Supporting children and young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD), this is a unique opportunity to join during the pre-registration phase and play a key role in creating an exceptional home from the very beginning. Working within a trauma-informed and therapeutic model of care, you''ll have the opportunity to shape the culture, recruit your team and establish a service with the ambition of achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating.The Role As the Registered Manager, you''ll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and full compliance with Children''s Homes Regulations.
