We''re recruiting a Care Manager to lead a successful domiciliary care service covering Coatbridge and the surrounding areas. The Role

As Care Manager, you''ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the home care service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered while maintaining excellent compliance and supporting future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service.
• Recruit, induct and develop care staff.
• Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional care.
• Ensure the service meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
• Complete audits, quality monitoring and implement continuous service improvements.
• Support the growth of the service through excellent customer service, community engagement and relationship building.
• Manage care packages, staffing levels and operational performance.

About You

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Experience within domiciliary care, home care or residential care.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a care setting.
• A good understanding of compliance, quality standards and care regulations.
• An SVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and manage priorities.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
