Registered Manager - Clinical

Cityworx is recruiting on behalf of an established provider of nurse-led community healthcare services is seeking an experienced Registered Manager (Clinical) to lead complex care services supporting individuals with high-acuity needs. This is a senior clinical leadership position with full responsibility for CQC registration, compliance, governance, and operational performance. You will oversee autonomous community teams, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and to the highest clinical standards. The role requires a confident leader who combines strong regulatory knowledge with hands-on operational management and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Regulatory and Compliance Act as the CQC Registered Manager for regulated services Maintain compliance with all regulations and fundamental standards Lead inspections, audits, action plans and ongoing readiness Ensure policies, procedures and governance frameworks meet best practice Clinical Leadership and Governance Provide senior clinical oversight across complex care services Embed safeguarding, risk management and incident management frameworks Monitor clinical outcomes, audits and quality indicators Act as escalation point for high-risk clinical concerns Operational Management Oversee day-to-day service delivery across community settings Lead and develop clinical and operational teams Ensure safe staffing, supervision and competency frameworks Monitor KPIs, quality and performance ..... full job details .....
