Registered Manager - Children''s Residential

About the roleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a children''s residential home across the London and Essex area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people, within a well-established and Ofsted-registered provider.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with Ofsted regulations, and the continued development of your team.Key responsibilitiesManage and lead a residential children''s home in line with Ofsted standards and Children''s Homes Regulations 2015Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each young personRecruit, supervise, and support a dedicated staff teamBuild strong relationships with external agencies, families, and local authoritiesMaintain full regulatory compliance and prepare for Ofsted inspectionsManage budgets, rotas, and day-to-day operational requirementsRequirementsLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children''s residential settingStrong knowledge of Ofsted inspection framework and Children''s Homes RegulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsEnhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)Full UK driving licence preferredWhat''s on offerSalary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on ..... full job details .....
