Registered Manager Children s Residential Home Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum Bonus: Performance-related bonuses Contract: Full-time, Permanent Home: Brand-new 3-bed EBD children s home Sponsorship: Not available We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed children s residential home in Sutton Coldfield. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a new home from registration and set-up through to opening and its first Ofsted inspection. You will be joining an established children s residential care provider that already operates two homes, both rated Good by Ofsted, with experienced senior leadership and ongoing plans for growth. The Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead the registration, set-up and opening of the new home Manage the home in line with its Statement of Purpose Ensure compliance with the Children s Homes Regulations 2015 Maintain strong safeguarding and safer care practice Prepare the home and staff team for Ofsted inspection Recruit, lead, supervise and develop the residential care team Maintain safe and effective staffing levels Ensure children receive safe, high-quality and child-centred care Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding and audits Monitor staff performance and support professional development Work closely ..... full job details .....
