      <description>Location: City | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Registered Manager Children''s Residential Home Location: Derby Salary: £55,000 £60,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, Permanent  Role Overview An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of a children''s residential home in Derby.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the home provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where children and young people are protected, safeguarded and supported to achieve positive outcomes.  The Registered Manager will provide strong leadership to the staff team, ensure high standards of care and compliance are maintained, and promote the physical, emotional and developmental needs of the children and young people living in the home.
